Player Pool Manager Text Message Program
Player Pool Manager provides a substitute player coordination service for youth sports leagues. When a team needs a substitute player, our system notifies eligible parents/guardians via SMS to alert them of available playing opportunities for their children.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive the following types of text messages:
By providing your phone number to Player Pool Manager and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on substitute player demand in your league. You may receive multiple messages per week during active seasons, or no messages during off-season periods. Typically, you can expect 1-5 messages per week during active play.
To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
You may also contact your league administrator to have your phone number removed from the system, or update your notification preferences in your account settings.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact your league administrator directly. You can also email us at support@playerpoolmanager.com.
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. Player Pool Manager does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to send you messages related to the Player Pool Manager service. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
